Today, we read and acted out this story about a fall leaf.
Getting our costumes ready for the big show!
When the leaf blew in (Teddy is dropping a leaf in the barn)...
The cow went "ah-choo!"
When the cow went "ah-choo", the spider landed on the owl.
When the spider landed on the owl, the owl swopped out of the barn.
When the owl swooped out of the barn, the pig jumped in the mud.
When the pig jumped in the mud, the goat kicked over the bucket.
When the goat kicked over the bucket, the chicken spun around and around.
When the chicken spun around and around, the horse stood up and neighed.
When the horse stood up and neighed, the sheep leaped over a barrel.
When the sheep leaped over the barrel, the duck jumped in the pond.
When the duck jumped in the pond, the frog hopped onto a lily pad.
When the frog hopped on the lily pad, the dragonfly buzzed across the sky.
When the dragonfly buzzed across the sky, the dog woke up...
and chased the squirrel.
When the dog chased the squirrel, the robin flew into a tree.
And when the robin flew into the tree, another leaf blew into the barn!
